Susan West, Esquire
Susan West, Esq., is a Senior Associate with Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. She started with the firm in 2001 as a paralegal and continued to work full time while attending law school, graduating from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Susan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and all four United States District Courts in the state and has been practicing since 2004 with a concentration in foreclosure. She received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University with a dual degree in History and Philosophy, Politics and Law. Susan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences
Shawn Brenhouse, Esquire
Shawn Brenhouse, Esq. is an associate at Rosicki, Rosicki, & Associates, P.C. in the law firm’s Plainview, N.Y. office. He earned his J.D. in 2011 from New York Law School, and attended both Duke University and McGill University where he earned his B.A. He was admitted to the New York State Bar. He has over 7 years of experience litigating in New York in the areas of securities law, broker-dealer, FINRA disputes and foreclosure. He appears regularly in Manhattan Supreme Court litigating and structuring settlements on behalf of creditors in New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
